Charla Aldous, the Texas trial attorney who represented Jane Doe and her family in the civil trial against ESD, said it is a “complete lie” that the Does did not want Nathan Campbell to serve jail time.

“The only way for that to happen was to try the case, and Jane did not want to have to go through another trial,” Aldous said.
