“Powerful adversaries won’t stop my clients’ justice.”
As a Plaintiffs’ Trial Lawyer, my goal is to impart lasting change in people’s lives.
I know clients come to our firm during immensely difficult times, and I am unwavering in my determination to help them seek justice – even when powerful adversaries stand in their way. I approach cases with empathy and strive to connect with my clients so I can convey their stories to a jury in an effective and dynamic way. I also leverage my experience working with some of the nation’s leading personal injury firms to ensure they have an advocate who can level the playing field.
As an Attorney at Aldous Law , my practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, including claims involving medical negligence, products liability, and sexual abuse.
Prior to attending law school, I served as an AmeriCorps member with City Year New York where I worked with fourth graders in East New York, Brooklyn to improve English and math skills, attendance, and other valuable student skill sets. I then worked at The Posse Foundation, a non-profit that partners with the top US universities and colleges to provide full scholarships to students who exhibit extraordinary leadership potential from diverse backgrounds.
While I loved my time with students, I wanted to explore my potential for effecting positive change and viewed law school as a vehicle to make a difference in people’s lives.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, I worked as an attorney at Kline & Specter, one of the country’s leading personal injury firms. I handled cases in Pennsylvania involving medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, sex abuse, and more. I am licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
One of my most defining moments came in November 2021 while serving as co-counsel at a trial that garnered a $9.7 million verdict and totaled $11.6 million with prejudgment interest. The case was a malpractice action against a neurosurgeon and university hospital for a patient who suffered brain damage during surgery.
Charla Aldous and her daughter Eleanor Aldous join the Keep it Legal podcast on the heels of their $71.95M verdict against Walker Engineering. The mother-daughter legal team represented the family of a Texas electrician who was killed after a scissor lift on which he was working collapsed when a boom lift backed into it at an Irving Frito-Lay factory. The two discuss their strategy in securing this verdict and take a trip down memory lane. Ever wondered what its like to work with your mom? Listen to find out!

Sarah followed every step she thought was right, but the seat belt’s flawed design changed her life forever. A crash left her quadriplegic after the shoulder strap caught her neck. Our investigation proved that most people made the same mistake, and a jury held Honda accountable.
