Aldous\Walker Recovers $21 Million in Botched Anesthesia Case

We are proud to announce that Charla Aldous and Brent Walker successfully recovered $21 million on behalf of Carlos Rojas, a 32-year-old who suffered a broken leg and had to have surgery in 2017.

During the procedure, an anesthesia error was discovered, and after the operation, the patient was unresponsive.

It was determined that Mr. Rojas suffered permanent brain damage because of a lack of oxygen. The handwritten records detailing the procedure showed no issues with blood pressure despite two nurse-anesthetists giving Mr. Rojas multiple doses of medication that are often used to increase a person’s blood pressure.

You can learn more about the case in the official press release here.
