Aldous Law Attorneys in Midland Newspaper on Train Crash

The recent train crash between a Union Pacific train and a float for wounded veterans in Midland, TX left the small community rocked. The “Hunt for Heroes” train wreck brought about a number of lawsuits against Union Pacific. A judge recently dismissed this suit brought against the railroad company by the family members of those killed and injured in the crash. The decision may be appealed.

Charla Aldous of Aldous Law was quoted in the article by the Midland Reporter-Telegram. We are handling the case for the family members of William Lubbers, a war veteran who served as a Sergeant Major in the United States Army. Attorney Charla Aldous stated that she believed they would be unable to prove a cause in the case should the trial continue, and requested Judge Rush to grant a mistrial.
