Aldous Law Client Featured in CultureMap Dallas

Aldous Law

Our firm was proud to represent Dr. Larry Gentilello in his important whistleblower lawsuit alleging Medicare and Medicaid fraud at UT Southwestern and Parkland Hospital. His career took a hit because he chose to speak up about the unethical and illegal behavior he saw at these hospitals.

Our team at Aldous Law was proud to represent Dr. Larry Gentilello in this important case. Our team is dedicated to protecting the rights of our clients, and to advancing justice for those we represent. We believed strongly in the value of this case. Dr. Gentilello took a very brave stand in moving forward with this case, and in doing so he protected the rights of many patients at UT Southwestern and Parkland Hospital.

CultureMap Dallas did an exclusive four-part feature story on Dr. Gentilello and his story. The story covers the many difficulties and challenges Dr. Gentilello faced because he chose to take a stand. Our Dallas trial lawyer Charla Aldous could not have been more proud to stand with him in this effort. This story is worth reading in its entirety.
