Closing Arguments Delivered in Punitive Phase of ESD Case

Defendants and plaintiffs had the chance to present their final arguments in the punitive phase of the sexual assault case involving the student referred to in court proceedings as “Jane Doe II” and the Episcopal School of Dallas (ESD).
