"In the battle for justice, I give my all, every time. My clients deserve nothing less."

Nick Rodriguez is a tenacious and dedicated attorney who brings a unique perspective and strong work ethic to every case he handles. Growing up in the small border town of Brownsville, Texas as the grandson of Mexican American immigrants and migrant farm workers, Nick learned the value of hard work, determination and "ganas" (giving it your all) from an early age. These qualities have been the foundation of Nick's success and accomplishments throughout his life and legal career.
Nick's drive and abilities were evident from his early years. In high school, he excelled both in the classroom, graduating in the top percent of his class, and on the athletic fields, where he was a standout letterman in football, baseball and track. As an undergraduate at Texas A&M University, Nick continued to demonstrate his leadership skills, serving in key roles in student government and as part of the Hispanic President's Council.
After earning his law degree from the nationally recognized advocacy program at South Texas College of Law-Houston, where he honed his skills competing against the nation's top student litigators, Nick began his legal career at a prominent civil litigation firm in Dallas representing large corporate clients. This experience provided Nick with keen insights into the strategies employed by big businesses and how to counter them.
Today, Nick is a fierce advocate for the "underdog," focusing his practice on fighting for individuals and businesses in significant personal injury cases, business disputes and transactions. Nick's background, training and tireless work ethic make him uniquely suited to take on tough cases against well-funded adversaries. Clients appreciate the passion, personal attention and professionalism Nick brings to every matter, as well as his track record of success in securing favorable results both in and out of the courtroom.
Whether you are seeking justice in a catastrophic injury case or looking for skilled representation in a business matter, you can trust Nick Rodriguez to bring the grit, ganas and legal acumen to achieve the best possible outcome. His integrity, tenacity and dedication to his clients set Nick apart as an attorney who truly cares.
