Oncor Electric Loses Lawsuit Against Arlington Developer

A jury in Tarrant County decided a case in favor of Giovanni Homes Corp., a developer in the Arlington Area, against Oncor Electric Delivery. The civil lawsuit was in regard to a piece of land purchased by Giovanni Homes. Attorney Charla Aldous and her team at the Aldous Law Firm represented Giovanni Homes. The result was a reward of over $1.1 million in damages plus $578,340 in legal fees.
