Because Super Lawyers’ patented methodology subjects nominated attorneys to a meticulous peer review and evaluation process, only a very select group of attorneys make the final list. In fact, less than 5% of all attorneys currently in practice throughout the U.S. ever earn such a distinction. Inclusion in the Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars – an achievement earned by our own Attorney Caleb Miller earlier this year – similarly recognizes just 2.5% of attorneys nationwide (who are 40 or younger or in practice 10 years or less).
