Aldous Says Victims Too Often Abused Again During Sex Abuse Trials

Aldous Law

Charla Aldous recently joined the 570 KLIF morning news team to discuss the Jerry Sandusky trial. Aldous spoke with the hosts about the sensitive nature of sexual abuse cases, and how sexual abuse victims are treated, or even mistreated, during trials.

Aldous also was quoted in a Yahoo! News article previewing the trial, discussing the impact of trial on victims.
Charla Aldous represented the family of a teenage girl who was wrongly expelled from the Episcopal School of Dallas after administrators discovered that a teacher had involved her in a sexual relationship. A Dallas County jury awarded a $9.3 million verdict against the school.
