Brent R. Walker's practice focuses on commercial litigation, personal injury claims and healthcare law matters at both the trial and appellate level.

His experience representing individuals and businesses as both plaintiffs and defendants gives him a unique perspective to better serve clients of the Aldous Law Firm. Likewise, Brent's extensive appellate experience allows him to work on cases before and during trial with an eye toward possible issues in the event of an appeal.

Brent previously worked at one of Dallas' leading healthcare law firms, as well as one of the nation's leading personal injury firms. He offers clients significant experience in personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, as well as commercial litigation claims involving breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Brent earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va., and his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state trial and appellate courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
