Attorney Brent Walker Joins Aldous Walker as Name Partner

Attorney Brent Walker recently became a name partner at our widely recognized law firm. Formerly known as Aldous \ Walker, the firm is now Aldous \ Walker LLP. Based in Dallas, Aldous Walker is known for excellence in civil litigation. We represent clients in a range of practice areas, including civil litigation, product liability, wrongful death, personal injury, and medical malpractice.

An Integral Role in Our Success

Attorney Brent Walker has been part of our team for the past six years, and has certainly served as a critical component of our success. Over the course of his time with the firm, he has played a role in each of our victories in court as well as all of the large settlements we have negotiated. This includes the verdict we achieved against the Episcopal School of Dallas—a sex abuse case that resulted in a multi-million dollar verdict and made the news around the world.

Of Attorney Walker’s central contribution, Attorney Charla Aldous said he has a “tremendous ability to identify and then assemble the legal arguments necessary to prevail in court, and he knows how to convey things to jurors in a manner they can understand.” She reiterated that he has already played a partnership role, standing with her and tackling every tough case the firm has handled during his six years on the team. “It just makes sense that the firm should carry his name as well as mine.”

Background & Education

Attorney Walker brings years of invaluable experience in courtroom cases to the firm. Before becoming a part of Aldous \ Walker, he spent time serving at a personal injury firm with a focus on healthcare cases. This gave him very valuable experience. He has handled many jury cases, and also has years of experience in appellate work. From breach of contract to fiduciary litigation, he has a broad range of business litigation experience in addition to his work as a Dallas personal injury attorney.

In announcing the news, Attorney Walker acknowledged his longstanding respect for Charla Aldous and her many accomplishments—a respect he held even prior to joining the firm. “I consider Charla to be the best trial lawyer in this country,” he said. “For her to put my name up next to hers is both a great compliment and a great responsibility.”

Dedicated Dallas Trial Lawyer

A graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, Attorney Walker is on the Board of Directors for both the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association.
