Editorial: Episcopal School case puts price on bad judgment

Wednesday's $9.2 million judgment against the Episcopal School of Dallas serves as a warning to public and private schools that administrators can and must be held accountable for protecting their students. Policies warning teachers against inappropriate conduct aren't enough administrators' actions foment a blame-the-student culture after the infraction occurs. (Access below to subscribers only)
