Aldous Law Firm Adds Trial, Appellate Lawyer Brent Walker

DALLAS - Noted Dallas trial attorney Charla G. Aldous is pleased to announce that Brent R. Walker has joined the Aldous Law Firm.

Mr. Walker handles commercial litigation, personal injury claims and healthcare law matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. He also provides clients with an extensive track record in appellate matters.

Recognized in the Texas Rising Stars list each year since 2007, Mr. Walker joins the Aldous Law Firm from Stewart Stimmel LLP, one of Dallas' leading healthcare law firms. While there, he tried personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, as well as commercial litigation cases involving breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets. Mr. Walker also has served as lead appellate counsel on numerous cases.

Mr. Walker earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Advocates and senior articles editor of the Computer Law Review and Technology Journal. He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va.

Licensed to practice in all Texas state trial and appellate courts, Mr. Walker also is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the William "Mac" Taylor Jr. Inn of Court, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
